💡 A note from Hannah, Venture in Residence at SheEO:
I have used notes on my phone and a Trello board (a to-do list app) to build out a digital wellness basket that I can access when I am in a stressful moment and it's easy, right in my finger tips. This is helpful when you are not at home or in a sacred space.

The following I have built out lists with quick links, feel free to make it your own. Let me know what you would add in the #rooted slack channel!
What will help me the most in this moment?
1. People who support me 🥰
- How do they support you?
- What are they good at (make you laugh, holding space, advice, crying, encouraging)
- What'a the best way to contact them (how do they like to communicate - text, call, email, on a social platform)
2. My go-to podcasts + books
- Make a list with links of your favorite podcasts and books that inspire you or make you laugh.
- Sometimes I select the random button on my Spotify and listen to whatever plays, usually it's something I need to hear and it's perfect for the moment.
3. The music + meditation playlists I love
- Make a quick access list of your favorite songs or playlists that makes you smile, dance, meditate, chill, breathing techniques etc. Building out playlists for this is great!
4. What am I naturally good at and passionate about?
- A reminder of who I am, either through notes from my family + friends, a list of what I am passionate about, gratitude journals etc. I leave little notes and files in 1 place for me to read when I need a reminder.
5. What are some daily self-care reminders
- List everything you love to do, make it visible in your phone or a sticky note - it's great to have visual reminders.
- My list: Walk, writing, music, kayaking, dancing, hot bath, be by water, breathing, noticing, hiking, call people who love you, be still, social media break...
