As SheEO scales up our systems and capacity, we are in need of a Tech & Data Specialist to add to our team. We are looking for someone to support the maintenance of our core systems and data integrity, while offering additional tech capacity in service of emerging projects as required.

At SheEO we are here to transform ourselves and systems by collectively working on the World's To Do List. We started in Canada in 2015 to demonstrate a radically redesigned model to get capital (all forms of capital) into the hands of women innovators. At the time about 3% of financial capital went to women. It has since backslid even further with COVID and deeply biased systems and structures. Over the past 6 years our community has grown (to 5 countries) and evolved to include non-binary folks committed to decolonizing ourselves, getting into relationship with one another, and using our individual and collective power to build more equitable systems. We have funded 100+ brilliant innovators and we are creating ecosystems wherever we operate to ensure those who have been put to the margins are supported to co-create a world that works for all.

Technical Skills & Experience

We are open to applicants with a variety of technical skills and experiences, but particularly looking for someone who loves working with data and systems and has a high aptitude for learning new software. As an organization that strives for transparency, we're sharing the areas we need help with and hoping the right person will see themselves in it!

(Note: You will not be expected to solely manage all of the below in this role. You will be supported by others on the team with complementary skill sets! We are simply interested in gauging the range of skills and experiences from interested applicants)

If you can say yes to at least half of these core skills, and are up for learning about the rest, we'd love to hear from you:

• Documenting key workflows, process charts, and creating other knowledge and training materials
• Troubleshooting and providing technical support to the team and community members, as required
• Leading QA processes with test cases before launching key workflows and live applications
• Familiarity with billing and revenue management solutions such as Chargebee, Chargefy, and Recurly
• Familiarity managing tags and segments in email marketing software such as Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign
• Building data architecture and processes in Salesforce as an Administrator (or a comparable relational database platform) — please indicate if you are Salesforce Admin certified, or working towards it
• Comfortable working with large data sets and creating relational data models and reports (bonus if you have experience creating interactive dashboards and reports for data analysis with tools such as: Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau)
• Comfortable with advanced spreadsheet functions and formulas (e.g. ARRAY, INDEX MATCH IMPORT, QUERY Formulas)
