- Meredith Moore of Ouroboros Deconstruction was featured by CBC for her company’s work to “take apart and separate valuable materials to allow them to be recycled, reused”.
- Sea Smart has received a $30,000 donation from Prince of Whales and North Island Kayak in honour of Giving Tuesday. This sponsorship funds a week-long summer camp, two terms of after-school programs, and five school workshops, reaching up to 75 local Indigenous and vulnerable students.
- Cooks Who Feed is launching a new apron design in partnership with Vikram Vij, the proceeds of which will be used to tackle food insecurity in Canada.
