****Pods are an opportunity to connect more deeply with fellow community members in small groups, develop personal and professional tools for growth, resource each other around a specific theme, reflect, reimagine, and explore together!

We are inviting you to catalyze the pods that you want to see!

Pod catalysts propose a topic or theme for the pod, suggest a time and cadence, and welcome in interested community members.

🌱 What is a Pod?

• A small group of 4-8 community members convening regularly in person or online over a shared purpose, theme, or question
• A commitment to yourself and your fellow pod members to join a series of 6 gatherings, typically once a month for 90 minutes for 6 months (March through August 2025)
• An intentional space to practice, learn, test, create, witness, collaborate, and imagine together
• An opportunity to get into deeper relationship with others in the community from around the world

✨ What is a Pod Catalyst?

Pod Catalysts are the spark for a pod. Your most important role is to propose the topic or theme for others to sign up for. You’ll also:

• Decide if your pod will meet in-person or online
• Choose your meeting cadence for your 6 meetings
  • This could be once a month for 6 months, every other week for 3 months, or once a week for 6 weeks
• Choose the planned purpose of your pod
  • Will your pod work to create a tangible resource, follow a learning plan, or simply follow where the conversations lead?
• Open the invitation to explore this idea with the community!

Remember, Pods are a co-created experience We encourage you to consider how your group can be collectively responsible for your shared pod experience. Responsibilities for facilitating, note-taking, sending meeting invitations, and any other roles that would be helpful for your pod can be rotated or distributed between members if you desire. As the catalyst, you are there to get the ball rolling; you don’t have to do everything!
