The shift in moving from the individual to the collective manifested itself in many ways throughout our community this year; from the collective effort to rename SheEO to Coralus, to engaging a collective of Ventures to collaborate in their sales efforts, and finally hosting a community-led week of sessions and gatherings through Confluence.

In past years, Coralus (formerly SheEO) held annual global summits in-person and virtually to convene the wider community on various topics in: systems, mindset, finance, and ventures.
This year, following our name change and shift to the collective, we crowdsourced content from many community hosts who held space during our inaugural Coralus Confluence - a week long global event that gathered community members, guests, and partners to celebrate and discuss various streams of thought online and in-person.
